"Dave (Dawson Mechanical) is awesome. He is the only plumbing company I use. His knowledge is on another level and he runs a great company. It is easy to get an appointment and he responds right away. You can feel confident, if you have an emergency or non-emergency situation you that can get touch with him. In the past he installed a new boiler, furnace and converted us over to gas from oil heat. The work he and the guys did on the furnace/boiler is so good that other contractors comment on it. It really is a work of art - very neat. Most recently, he helped fix a bad plumbing job a contractor did during a bathroom model. The bottom of the toilet was flooding and the shower made a gurgling noise every time the toilet was flushed - it was an annoying odd problem. John came over during the covid pandemic, analyzed the situation and came up with a solution. He wore gloves, a mask and maintained space between us. I am very impressed with his expertise and the level of detail and attention he works with. However, I shouldn’t have been surprised based on how great of a company Dawson Mechanical is. He hires quality technicians. Lesson learned - dont let the contractor do plumbing work. I will definitely use Dawson Mechanical again."

"Henry arrived promptly at 7PM on a Friday night for a half hour consult. An hour and a half later we were still talking. Henry helped us from step one to finish, he even spent several hours with us at Lowes picking our tile and backsplash. Henry has a gift for putting colors and textures together and his expertise saved my wife and I countless hours roaming the aisles of Lowes. Once we picked out all the materials scheduling was a breeze. 
        Tony and crew showed up early Monday and went to work. The crew was very professional and they did everything in their power to stay out of our way. Demolition went smoothly and Tony and crew did a  good job cleaning up. By day two the ceramic tile and backsplash was complete. We could not have happier with the results, it looked great. Day three the granite counter tops were installed and Tony and crew also installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. Day four all the trim and doors were installed and work started on the hardwood floor. By the end of the day the family room was done and we were again very pleased with the results. Henry came back on Friday to do some minor work and touch up some minor details. Overall our experience with Henry and his crews was very positive and we could not be happier with their work. It bears stating that Tony, Henry and Louis went above and beyond the scope of the work the was to be done. Examples are repairing a stain on our cabinet that was done by a water leak. Installing the new toilet for us and a bunch of shut off valves. Also they did some drywall patching. They also were great with our dog.
