These were the nicest plumbers I have ever dealt with, they were A plus!! I had a simple problem, they came back and made the problem into a masterpiece. Total class, excellent communication. The Dawson people were punctual, efficient, and courteous. It was an extensive job (replacing most of my house's plumbing), and I'm really happy with the result.

It went well. Not sure how many years it's been but Dave continues to solve the many riddles around our boiler (house circa 1930). This time was not so bad but I simply don't call anyone else PERIOD. Waste of time when you can work with a savant. Just as an FYI - he's pretty much done my entire basement from PEX to a water filtration system.

They did a good job I had a tenant complain about the shower not being hot and the water heaters getting sandy, they changed the shower cartridge and didn't find anything to "fix" on the heater so I think they are pretty honest, small company not with alot of overhead to OVERCHARGE you. They do the work that's requested and don't make more up.

Dave and his crew were excellent. They replaced our toilet and fixed the toilet flange as quickly as possible. Their communication from our first contact to job completion was excellent. Best of all, the final price was well within the initial estimate, so there were no surprises. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing work done.

I needed to replace my Water Heater with a special order Bradford Smith. This company is fair priced and does quality work. The office staff are great at answering the phone and very helpful to insure that any permits or paperwork gets done in a timely manner.

Matt was beyond professional. He explained everything he was doing along the way and made sure I understood all the parts he was adding and how to take care of them in winter. The job required brazing new pipe, drilling through an exterior wall, and installing a hose bit on the outside of the house. Matt got the job done with a great attitude and a helpful, friendly communication style. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use Dawson again. Eileen on the phone was also lovely!

David and his team are always on time and deliver exceptional quality work. I did 3 big projects with them over last 2 years and will hire them again if needed. His estimates are very accurate and he will tell you when the project should be done. I recently had to call them right before 4th of July due to my boiler not firing. He came next day and quickly found the issue (the back draft sensor triggered and had to be reset). He explained why this usually happens and how to reset it myself. He and his crew had a project in my area and due to that didn't charge for this visit. This is the honest plumber I was looking for!

Our boiler broke 3 days before the last major snow storm. Dave promptly answered our call for an estimate and was there the next day as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our needs. His crew came within 3 days and were efficient, neat, friendly and proficient at their task. Would recommend Dawson Mechanical Contracting to anyone looking for a job well done.

It went great. I originally received a classic "looks like you'll need a new boiler system" from another company when in fact the boiler didn't need replacing. I called Dawson Mechanical and they did a thorough inspection and tested it. I've used them in the past to re-architect all the pipes running the steam and condensate. Really experienced guys over there. I'm happy.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Dawson Mechanical to have a new Navien tankless water heater installed. This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. From the time I made the first call to Dawson, I had a good feeling about this company. Dave came over within a few days on a Saturday to look the job over and give me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job, were very good about keeping everything clean and neat, and the workmanship was top notch. In short, we were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use Dawson for our future plumbing/HVAC needs.

Dave (Dawson Mechanical) is awesome. He is the only plumbing company I use. His knowledge is on another level and he runs a great company. It is easy to get an appointment and he responds right away. You can feel confident, if you have an emergency or non-emergency situation you that can get touch with him. In the past he installed a new boiler, furnace and converted us over to gas from oil heat. The work he and the guys did on the furnace/boiler is so good that other contractors comment on it. It really is a work of art - very neat. Most recently, he helped fix a bad plumbing job a contractor did during a bathroom model. The bottom of the toilet was flooding and the shower made a gurgling noise every time the toilet was flushed - it was an annoying odd problem. John came over during the covid pandemic, analyzed the situation and came up with a solution. He wore gloves, a mask and maintained space between us. I am very impressed with his expertise and the level of detail and attention he works with. However, I shouldn’t have been surprised based on how great of a company Dawson Mechanical is. He hires quality technicians. Lesson learned - dont let the contractor do plumbing work. I will definitely use Dawson Mechanical again.

Wonderful. Dave kindly walked me through the reset process on the phone and did not need to come out to service the water heater. I will be calling him in the future for any needed repairs.

The Dawson team was amazing. They took the time to determine the root cause of the problem and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I received three estimates and theirs was the most thorough and fair. The work was very structured and well planned and the team is very professional.

Great! Came when he said he would. Diagnosed what was wrong right off and fixed it fast. Reasonable and friendly too ! What more can you ask for. Dave is my go to plumber from now on.

The crew came in time, the work took expected time, all work done in a professional manner. Will hire again and going to call these guys for maintenance visits.
