Bill was professional and his guys did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I would use him again.

The plumber answered my initial call and I was able to describe the problem we were having with the guest room shower fixture that only produced very hot water. I sent him a photo of the fixture. He came the next morning and replaced the cartridge, unclogged the drain in the tub, and fixed the stopper that was not closing properly. All of his services were priced reasonably!

Perfect..! I would give them 10 stars if I were able to do it.

Mr Bill Leacy was very professional, courteous, and punctual. In his first call, he requested a snapshot of the disabled water heater. Then he explained what the project entails, the brand of the water heater he was going to install with warranty information etc; he arrived at our doors with the replacement water heater in less than 2 hours after his first call. Completed the project in less than 3 hours after he showed up and left the place tidy and clean. We were extremely pleased with the speed and the quality of work that Bill did.

They did an adequate job. Felt they were pricey. My wife felt the technician was not very friendly from a service standpoint

1. Increased price from original quote by ~20% 2. Did not show or call twice before actual service was performed. 3. Promised to replace faulty product and help us resolve issue with ejector pump. 4. Ghosted. Would not recommend.

Sump pump was replaced and the cover put back on. Quality of work is good. Price was reasonable. Bill is a thorough professional. Highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

Slow. Not cheap, but excellent work
