"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

"Raynor's employees were very professional. They were very conscious of cleanliness. They wore booties whenever inside

my house and cleaned up after they were done. The only evidence of them being here was the new unit. The installers instructed me and gave me tips on running the new heat pump. They also answered any questions I had while they were doing the installation. They were very knowledgeable about heat pumps. Matt the sales rep was very accommodating in helping me meet my

budget with the proper equipment. I am extremely happy about the new unit as it works just like they said. It runs smoothly

and quietly. The owner of Raynors also stopped in to make sure that everything was done properly and make sure I was happy.

"We called Royal Duct Cleaning on June 4th. They gave us an immediate quote and we hired them. They came promptly as planned on June 5th. We had never had our ducts cleaned in 40 years! We live in a small ranch house in North Plainfield. They did an outstanding Job! They not only cleaned our heating and cooling ducts, but also the drier and bathroom exhaust fans. "they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. Two men came on a Saturday they worked very well togeather they installed the new system and cleaned up after them self. I am very pleased with there work. The new system works great. And the price was inline with other AC companys."

"They were excellent! Came out in a timely manner by fitting me into their schedule when I called late on a day I happened to be home from work. My unit was not draining producing a leak inside my home. I live on a slab so my hallway was flooding. I believe his name was Seth took apart my furnace side of the AC cleaned and blew out the drain pipe. Discovered the pipe had a split in it. Although he didn't have the older 1/2" pipe with him, it was a quick fix for me to perform. I was charged for the service call only which I had expected. Also the service call is I think $99 when I mentioned I received lower quotes from others on Home Advisor the dispatcher without hesitation mentioned that they do have a coupon although I didn't have one she would apply it to my call saving an additional I think $30 I forget exactly how much.They were awesome. Thanks again!"
