"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

"When we bought our house we had a non-functioning frost-free spigot by our garage and a functioning one in front of the house, however the functioning one had an old galvanized splitter attached to it which had corroded and locked in place over the spigot.  About a year in, the galvanized splitter crumbled, leaving part of itself irremovably attached to the threads of the spigot.  DMC came out, cut both frost-free spigots out of the concrete and installed new frost-free units.  The shut-off valves for both spigots clearly hadn't been turned in years and were heavily rusted, so DMC replaced those as well.
On the same visit but unrelated to the spigots, we had an old wet bar in our basement we'd been wanting to remove.  Even though it wasn't the issue we'd contacted them about, DMC also evaluated the bar and capped off the two supply water lines there so we could safely remove the bar.

"they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. "Hire this Company for your HVAC needs! Please read below: I was told by another HVAC company that my compressor was dead and that I needed a new central AC unit which they quickly gave me a quote of $5k for the replacement. I called Garden State to get a second quote and Trevor (the owner) came over. Rather than immediately talking about pricing and options for a new unit (like the other company did), he asked me why the other company thought I needed a new unit. He asked if he could take a look at it and I said sure. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor, not compressor and replaced it. It only cost me $300.00!!! This guy is honest as the day is long and has unbelievable integrity. My AC and furnace units are over 10 years old and will more than likely need replacing in the next couple of years. Garden State will get my business and I will tell all my neighbors and friends about them as well."
