Eric called back within a few hours, scheduled a time and showed up on time. He fixed the leaking toilet promptly, and left the area as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. We continue to be extremely pleased with his service.

I have used Eric on a number of occasions over the years. He is dependableand knowledgeable.On this occasion he responded within 24 hours of my call. The tank was removed, a new one purchased and installed in about 4 hours. In the past he has removed my old oil furnace and installed a new gas boiler. He also has repaired other plumbing problems. He has always conducted himself professionally.
