"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Joe  was great and able to resolve the problem within an hour. Previous to that, I had a plumber who was going to charge me $1000 to re-run the pipe to another line. I am very glad to find Joe and fixed the issue at a reasonable cost. I would recommend him to do my next job.

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"Mark did a fantastic job of installing the new dishwasher. I'm in a 70-year-old building, with 35-year-old kitchen counters. Getting the dishwasher to fit into the space and run properly required a lot of imagination, and Mark figured it out. He's a professional and his work is excellent. While he was working on the dishwasher, he also upgraded some of the kitchen plumbing, so now we're in great shape. He's a real professional!"

"Can’t pay enough compliments to John and his guys. They did a great job overall and managed the project very smoothly through the entire permitting process. From the very beginning it was apparent John was detail oriented and most importantly, concerned about delivering a quality product to his customers. John is very hands on, and his approach of shopping with the homeowner to make sure everything will “work” during installation I think is a key component of job success and customer satisfaction. The guys worked straight thru with work only interrupted by permits/inspections. He involved and asked us about anything that came up along the way that we had not previously talked about. "The project included an extensive scope including the installation of a full bar/kitchen, full bathroom, , framing of several rooms, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tie-ins, lighting, wood flooring, shelving, installation of two sewage ejection pumps, and audio/visual components. Two-River’s owner, Andrew Lashchyk, personally as well as his design and construction team demonstrated the utmost professionalism and workmanship throughout the project. Andrew demonstrates a hands-on approach to all the work and holds his subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers accountable. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Two-River’s on-staff carpenters, who were largely on-site for the entire project. They were courteous throughout the entire install as workers and material were brought in and out of our house. They were also meticulous in leaving the house free of dust and the basement debris-less at the conclusion of each day. "This was a very good experience. They where on time. It was done to the agreed upon price. The owner is Frank Tedeschi. We had a warped junk drawer. Rather then send for new drawer which would have cost us another 250 dollars, Frank repaired the drawer for a nominal fee. This was not part of the deal but he did it anyway. The quality of the work is outstanding. The cabinets look like new if not better. There was minimal inconvenience to us. They removed the cabinets doors and refinished them in their shop and then returned and them and re-installed them."

He appreciated my need to update but yet maintain the character and charm of the house.  This was the only shower so he also worked quickly to reduce the inconvenience.  Brian also accommodated some changes I wanted to make that were not in the original plan. We still own this house as a rental property and that bath has withstood some tenant "mishandling", and still looks and works just as well as when it was completed in 2007.

We are currently about to begin work with Wood-N-Dreams this month (April 2014) on our master bath in our new home,.  Brian's  extensive knowledge of the industry has been very helpful as we design this next bath.
