Brady is a man of his word, the price quoted is the price I paid, and the job was completed correctly and on time...my pool pump is up and running again!

This review is for Brady and his helper who arrived promptly and immediately began working to fix my clogged kitchen sink. The issue I had seemed small to the untrained eye, but Brady immediately noticed the previous owners of my house I just recently purchased had been dumping grease for years. The issue was not in my sink or P Trap lines but rather in the lines in my basement. Brady and his partner diagnosed it quickly and efficiently and had to cut out a lot of pipes after exhausting all other options. I was very impressed how they were able to pinpoint the exact section of piping and replaced it making the sink line brand new again. Brady was extremely fair with the price and walked me through all options prior to doing any work so there was no surprises. This company is very honest and trustworthy and I couldn’t give them anything less than the top five star ratings they deserve. Thank you NJ Pro Plumbing, specifically Brady for helping us out.

Brady came when he said he would. He was very thorough in finding the issue , that was behind the walls. He was detailed in how he could fix the problem and what it would cost. He kept to his price even though he had to add an additional feature that was not originally listed in the quote. I would highly recommend Brady!

The service was fast, of excellent quality, and at a great price. The technicians were on time, courteous, and professional. They explained clearly the risks of the installations to make me aware of potential additional costs before starting the job. When the job was finished, they left the area very clean and organized and took away the debris. Overall, it was excellent service. I recommend hiring them again for future plumbing services.

Brady was very thorough, assessed the perceived leak problem and evaluated and addressed possible solutions. The cost was higher than expected but not unreasonable. It may be some time before I can be certain that the fixes solved the leak. And Brady has indicated that if the leak still persists, he will return if needed.

Brady was very professional, efficient, and proficient. He repaired my home sewer pipes in 3 days. Brady quickly called me and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He inspected the area under the sink and was able to install my reverse osmosis water filter that day. He explained my options to me and was able to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend him.

There were 2 possibilities to correct. They went the least expensive way first. We could then rule that out. They will be back to correct the final possibility which will be more expensive but the only other solution. They explained every thing in detail and answered all my questions. They also liked my dog which added up to an A++.
