"Quick and efficient. They were at my house 8am on the dot. Had to leave the oil tank with me until they could come pick it up and remove from my property after another job. They came back as they said and when they said, and removed the tank from my property. Very clean. The tank was in the basement since the house was built in 1956, after removal, it looks like there was never anything there. Respectful of my property. Laid a tarp down before they laid the cut up tank on the grass, and covered it up with the tarp. Not a drop of the removed oil anywhere. Absolute 5 star operation. "I recently had the pleasure of working with Erik from First State Ponds, and I can't recommend him enough. Erik traveled all the way from Delaware to Maryland to service my pond, which was having persistent issues with murky water. Before connecting with Erik, I had already been advised by another company to purchase a specific filter and pump. Thankfully, I found First State Ponds just in time. Erik took the time to explain that while the recommended filter might clear my water, it would require constant maintenance. He suggested a different filter and a stronger pump, but he was also willing to install the one I had already purchased if I preferred.
