My plumber was Anthony and couldn't have been nicer; thorough, thoughtful, patient and diligent. The work was completed showing that my kitchen sink drain pipe was plugged with an extensive amount of slug. Anthony recommended keeping the lines clear using bleach overnight, followed by hot, hot running water. I was very pleased and would recommend Anthony any time.

Recently, my touch enabled kitchen faucet stopped working and when i put in a request in angi, i immediately got a call from Rich's heating and they offered to come in and provide a estimate at no cost, which is great, because few other companies i had called asked me to pay close to $150 just to visit and diagnose the issue. I scheduled with them to come in, however, i then got help from Delta faucet customer support and managed to get a replacement part ordered since the faucet was still in warranty, and managing with manual override. Once they send the new solenoid assembly am hoping its an easy fix that i can put in or may have to get a plumber. The reason i wanted to leave a positive reveiw is that i called last minute to cancel the appointment and Rich's heating handled it pleasantly and did not complain about the last minute cancellation i requested. Great professionalism and so i just want to give a shout out to the way you are operating your business.

We had to replace our sump pump in the basement One of the quickest appointments ever! Jacob came in 2 hours on a Saturday as promised. Very pleasant and professional! He happened to have just the pump we needed and right away did the job! He also told my husband where to get a faucet part my husband was looking for! Very good service. Can’t say anything about the pricing since we have no quotes to compare with since we were getting appointments days or weeks later!!! But didn’t seem outrageous There was also no pressure Would highly recommend this company Thanks Jacob. Now we shall wait for a heavy downpour to see the sump pump work!!!

The guy who seemed to be in charge didn't have an ounce of professionalism. His price quote kept changing. Total lack of communication. He had to call in someone who knew what to do and left us for about an hour without water and told us nothing. Very strange experience. This guy was obviously a family member because the other fellows were the ones with the knowledge. He wouldn't have gotten a job if he weren't. In order to quote a leak repair, I was quoted a price of $350 to open the ceiling. I asked if it would be credited, if they fixed the leak and was told yes. I was not given a written quote. My mistake. After the job was done, He only gave $150 credit and his price kept changing. He said they had to get something for doing it. I'm sorry I ever used this company. If Rich's Plumbing were wise they'd stop sending him out on jobs. He's not a very good company representative. And he's certainly not a plumber!

Tech came out and explained the problem. He fixed it and was very helpful.

I called Rich Heating and Sewer, when our sewer line started leaking into the basement. His team arrived on time, the same day I called, and rather than performing unnecessary work, they spent 15-30 minutes trying to reproduce the issue. When they were unable to reproduce the leak, they ran a scope to confirm there was no blockage then asked questions about what could have caused the problem. They then hypothesized it was a soft clog and offered maintenance tips. Their troubleshooting saved me hundreds of dollars and our plumbing has been issue free since.
