At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. This company is so honest and leads with great integrity that the inspector Tony identified the root cause of where our water was leaking into our basement and said we may not need to install French drains which would have cost us about $4,000. Our previous owner drilled holes into our sidewalk outside of fireplace that leads to our basement for termite treatment. The cement covering holes eroded and water was leaking into the basement. We covered the holes with cement 2 days ago and with this passing rain not one drop of water is in the basement. We've had three other basement waterproofing companies come to her house and no one noticed it except for blue umbrella waterproofing. The owner even took the time to call me to ask how the inspection went. This is the only company I would use in the future."

"They did my driveway, they opened up the cracked lines, filled them up and rolled it with their tide on roller (its not a small hand roller), they laid the material carefully made all the proper adjustments for water aiming out of the driveway, i have witnessed them using even over 4â of thicknesses for water flowing. Their recommendation was not to just fill in the cracks, as others suggested, but to also reinforce the structural integrity of the foundation with a solid steel plate bolted over the repaired crack. That approach made much more sense to me than the other recommendations I'd received. I hired them and they were onsite within 2 days and completed all work in a single day.
