"The crew delivered quality service overall. The response time from service request to execution is fast. The two guys who largely did the work were very hardworking and paid attention to detail. The only area that needs some revisiting is the pricing structure. This is the second time I availed of the service. In both cases, 3 people worked on the project for 8 hours and paid $1050 (can’t remember the best first time I used them but that was also >$1000). That comes down to $43.75 / hour / person. Of course, there’s equipment and the truck, but even with that, the pricing is a bit on the high end. Overall, excellent service and quality. I wish pricing is more affordable than what I availed them for."

"Five -Star Service ? Every Time! We have been with Green lawn for a few years now. Our Technician: Demolly Darnley, has been fantastic. We?ve had regular visits from Green Lawn, and I can confidently say the service is outstanding every single time. Demolly is consistently punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about lawn care. Each visit starts with a friendly greeting, followed by a thorough inspection of the lawn. Demolly always explains what they?re applying and why, offering helpful tips tailored to our specific lawn conditions. The results speak for themselves?my yard has never looked greener or healthier! What I appreciate most is the technician?s attention to detail. They treat my property with care, ensure gates are closed, and always clean up after themselves. It?s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. "I think they treated the wrong lawn. The note they sent me via text message referenced trees and shrubs in my yard, I have none. They also did not leave a yard marker showing they had been there. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review."

Lawns questions, answered by experts

Digging a bush up by the roots is the most natural DIY method for removing a bush stump. Start by identifying the shrub type and revealing its roots. Cut the shrub to its base and loosen the soil, ensuring no utility lines are nearby. Optionally, treat the base with herbicide, then dig around the roots and cut a circle around the shrub using various tools. Dig a trench, cut the base of the root ball, and finally fill the hole to prevent regrowth. This thorough process ensures complete removal without damaging surrounding areas.

Yes, especially for properties focusing on curb appeal. A well-maintained landscape supports visual and environmental attractiveness, potentially increasing desirability.

Pruning bushes will encourage new growth and flowering and keep them hardy. Removing dead and diseased branches is vital to your bush's health. It can also deter pests from infesting your bushes. Not only is it beneficial to the bushes, trimming and shaping them will make your lawn look lush and polished.

You can choose between weekly leaf removal services throughout the fall or a single cleanup at the end of the season. If you want to maintain a pristine lawn, weekly service is a good idea to keep up with falling leaves. Alternatively, if you prioritize saving money, you can wait until all or most of the trees on your property are bare and pay for a one-time service. In most areas, this is typically in early to mid-November. While a single service is more budget-friendly, your yard will not remain leaf-free for the entire season.

Both bleach and vinegar are effective at killing and removing moss from surfaces like driveways. Bleach tends to have a longer-lasting effect, potentially keeping moss away for up to a year, whereas vinegar may require more frequent applications. However, vinegar is a non-chemical option that is gentler on the environment. A key consideration is the surface you are treating, as both substances can stain or discolor certain paver materials. It is recommended to test the solution on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't cause damage.
