Hired him twice. Disappointed both the times. Wrong estimates, false claim about free initial assessment which is no assessment just looking at stuff and making a guess. I had toilet seat tank which was leaking, these guys installed a whole new seat with the new tank and few weeks later same problem appeared. Tried calling would not pick up call. Almost, a year later i had another issue with my shower leakage. Somehow this time i got connected to him again and then again his expertise proved to be wrong and i ended paying $250 and the problem still persisting. I am not sure if plumbing is their best skill.

Had a pipe crack/break in wall behind my dishwasher. Came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, found another I was unaware of, and came back right after holiday and had everything fixed. Communicated well, true to their word and very courteous/professional.

Lee was superb. He contacted me within minutes of my looking at Home Advisor's List. He arrived for repair less than 3 hours of contact. First, he readily analyzed, then fixed the problem. He explained what he found. He cleaned up after his work. He "over-tested" to assure all was corrected. He was was astonishingly courteous. I highly recommend this company for any work in the future. I do want to add, that if you don't like the price, then you don't have an emergency. You are calling because you can't fix it yourself.

Lee was a pleasure to work with. He was open to, and encouraged, questions on the project scope and details. His layout new plumbing was logically placed for accessibility. His prices were fair for the material and labor involved.

Lee was professional, on time, and I believe his charges were reasonable. I will call again if I have any other issues that require a plumber.

Had a man named Lee come out as an emergency call. He was very friendly and very caring!!! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone and anyone!

They came immediately upon being notified of our needs. Never used them before. Saw them on HomeAdvisor. Equi-librium is a non-profit therapeutic horsemanship program. We needed water hydrants replaced in our barns. that were leaking heavily. They worked in the cold and fixed both in one day Our barn staff is thrilled.
