Gold Medal really helped out after our sewer line backed up into our basement. The other pros all wanted us to pay for a camera view first for several hundred. Then the actual cleaning of the line was $500 and up depending on the results of the camera. Gold Medal had a fixed price for cleaning out a sewer line. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned it out. Our technician Brett was awesome and even put us in touch with DryTech to assist cleaning up the water damage.

They were here when they said they would. The gentleman who came took his time and explained what he did and what should be done in the near future. Appreciated him exlaining everything to me.

Everything they promised - time of arrival, quality job - were all fullfilled.

Itâ s unfortunate you have to pay unreasonable prices to get quality work. But they did deliver and fixed a problem Iâ ve lived with for the last 12 years!!!

Way too expensive. Watched him replace a pull-chain, single-bulb light fixture that took about 15 minutes total. Initial quote was $415.00! Got him down to $332.00. I probably should have done this myself.

My central air quit during a nasty heat wave and they responded quicklyâ within a few hours a technician arrived that evening, followed shortly by the salesman when I decided to replace instead of repair. The job was scheduled for the very next morning! The installers were on time, friendly and cleaned up the areas. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Interest-free financing was a huge selling point. Very good experience!.

They charged me $451 to replace 1 outlet by installing 1 GFCI outlet. I do not care what the circumstances are, $451 for less than 5 minutes of work is theft!

Stay away from these guys. They overcharged me and did not bother to fix and refund my money. Just for replacing two simple light switches they charged me $425 while other companies charge only $30 as labor + parts. Their bill also includes a Fuel surcharge of $25 for a person to drive to my home what is a joke of this decade. Other companies are providing a quote for $30. I am not an expert and came to know later. Unfortunately, I got this company from Angi/home adviser. The guy who came was here for a max of 15 mins to fix the switch. If I do not use his service he said that he will charge me $150. Even NASA engineers/consultants do not charge this much. I registered a complaint with this company and someone called me when I am in call with my employer, so she left a voice message saying that she is the customer relationship manager and did not provide her direct number. After that I called her 4 times in the past few days to the phone number she left in voice message, no response. Every time some one from customer service but no luck. They do not have intention of providing the customer relationship service and I doubt one exists in that company. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount for replacing two switches (labor & charge) and let them charge me a reasonable amount and refund rest of the amount. I WANT MY REFUND!!! I am looking at other options and Certainly, this is not going to end here. ****** Updated on 7/22/2022 - Customer relationship manager called me on 07/19 and negotiated the price that was overcharged. They agreed to refund 60% of the charge and take %40 for the services performed. This is still higher for replacing two light switches in a box which took a max of 20 minutes for the technician, however i agreed to that and got my refund. My request to them is to have a reasonably rate for the jobs based on the amount of work/time. Most customers do not know the technical details. so, going forward please charge reasonably and do not overcharge as you may loose customer satisfaction resulting in loosing customers. I am changing rating to 3 starts since they called and resolved the issue amicably. thanks!
