Maine's Best Water Treatment

Hired to get help with a poor performing water, filtration system after working with a large company for two years without success. Brad was super responsive, did a courtesy consult and accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue for a reasonable price. He has one of my business for an annual servicing of my system. Highly recommend.

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he needed to do. After he was done he took the time to explain how the system works. I would highly recommend him for water treatment systems.

Our plumber referred us to Brad, I knew what I was looking for when I reached out to him. He was able to come out 2 days later and installed an up flow (media) backwash filter. He diid exactly what I expected and even replaced a leaking pipe on our well expansion tank. Very efficient , timely and affordable. I was looking to have a new water filter system installed for my well at my lake house and found Maines Best Water Treatment on Google. Brad quickly responded, then I emailed him my most recent water test results. He recommended the UV system, gave me a price and scheduled me right in. Brad and his helper showed up as scheduled, ontime and clean appearance. They quickly installed my new water filter system, cleaned up after themselves and I was conveniently able to pay the invoice on the spot with Brads ipad tablet payment system. The invoice was exactly as quoted. I will also take advantage of his annual maintenance plan. Professional and affordable. Highly recommended. Also rapid follow up with new clean water test and answered my winterization questions. Knowledgeable.

Highly recommend. They were very quick to come out and provide an estimate. They offered quotes for both parts replacement or full replacement of our UV light system. The other 2 companies we asked would not give us quotes to replace the broken part. Maine's Best Water Treatment was also the most inexpensive of the quotes we received. They were very responsive to texts and provided accurate times of arrival. They were very professional. After the install, there was a mix-up where my husband told them we didn't need a water sample test but because of a pending house sale, we were required to have one. They were very understanding when I asked if they could come back out to sample our water. I would highly recommend working with them. They went above and beyond.

Brad was highly professional, knowledgeable and VERY TIME EFFICIENT! He and his counterpart, Jay, saved my new home from having all fixtures destroyed by iron and hard water. Complete rust slime and clogged sediment filters, even after changing with top of the line GE filters EVERY WEEK! Clean work! I would highly recommend! Thank you, Brad and team!!!

Brad was not only responsive, he was educational and patient. He carefully explained the type of water we had and what was the best solution was for it after reviewing our water test we had done independently. His pricing was competitive, and he was quick and professional. We are so happy with our water now thanks to Maines Best Water!
