The prices down south are about 35% less that they are up here. The price we gave you was a very completive price for this area. Again, sorry that you feel this way. It was great working with you. "Susan, I just want to say thank you for letting us do this wonderful job for you that came out perfect, and thank you for finally paying the balance on your contract. We did a fantastic 4 zone Mini Split AC job for you. I never told you we would start the job in one week, at the time we were 3 weeks out, I did not delay ordering parts for 2 weeks, that's how long it took for the equipment to arrive, Your son knew he had to cut any holes in your ceiling and any other carpentry work, your son had a copy of the revived contract before we started. In the end you demanded a break down on the contract or I would not get paid. I was not mad or irate or threatening to you. If you wanted a break down on the contract you should have asked for that in the beginning but instead, you decided to try and not pay the bill until i gave it to you. The only threat I made to you was to give this to my lawyer. I think it is very sad that you treated us the way you did at the end of the job when we went out of our way and took our time to make sure we did a great job for you and then you decide to not want to pay the bill for no reason and then putting up a fake review. Its ok Susan I sleep very well at night."
