Showed up at the scheduled time. Service person was courteous and friendly. They explained the work they would be performing and provided tips for maintaining the system. They worked quickly and quietly and left no mess behind. Exactly what you want in a service call.

They explained the options clearly, and during the visit explained what they were doing and the results, which was helpful. Overall it went well. The system did not supply enough salt at first, but they came out quickly to adjust/correct it. Friendly installation personnel too.

I highly recommend SecondWind Water Systems. I will only call them for service and testing of our well water. Their rates are competitive. Jesse Gagnon is a very knowledgeable and professional representative. He is responsive and punctual and most importantly, I feel he is honest and trustworthy. It has been an excellent experience. They were very attentive to what we wanted. Although there was a leak after the installation, they promptly came back and repaired the leak.

We were very happy with them. We spent close to $6000. He was extremely helpful, he sat down with us for over an hour and describe the different systems that Medico had an the levels of contamination they would remove and they showed us our water usage and so on.

They did a phenomenal job. It was a high-end water softener, and they even guarantee it for five years. They were right on time and were very professional. It was highly detailed plumbing work, and everything was exactly perfect.

Our current provider came to do the annual maintenance and left w/o it functioning properly but charged $100 more than the previous years annual tuneup fee. We found Secondwind Water Systems on Angie's list. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour.

Very happy with overall experience. They were a little confused as to which town I lived in. Promised to come the day I called, then later in day they determined they had me listed I the wrong town and had no servicemen near me that day. Promised the next day someone would come. They did and he not only repaired the broken hose, explained how the system worked, and did a yearly checkup and cleaning. The technician was very polite, knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Called before he arrived, came within time slot scheduled, and went right to work. Very pleased with the company and the service received.
