A little confusion upfront - they were intent on selling a water softing system. They did install the filter I wanted and the install person was very competent and efficient.

Quick and fantastic.

They may have had a bad day, but when they left a connection was leaking, thankfully I found it. They had to replace a bad tank, and that was not their fault. They did it within a week. I am having issues with smell from the salt tank, its off-gassing and their remedy has not yet fixed it. Time will tell. Ask me again in a month how its going. Thank you.

Great customer service. Followed up every step of the way. We had a few issues with install of water filtration system, but were very open in working with us to rectify the situation.

George contacted me asap once I submitted my request on home advisor. I explained my situation, hard water that was high in iron and manganese. He suggested a system that allows us to drink the water right from the faucet and had it installed the next day. The installers were very friendly and professional. After the system was installed, I had noticed a rotten egg smell coming from the water. I contacted George and he arranged to have it fixed asap, no questions asked. Our water is now soft and tastes delicious!

They guarantee clean water 100%, are extremely responsive and friendly, and have by far the best value for purification services.
