The price was the lowest of the quotes that I received, and the warranty was the longest. They came out just a couple of days after I talked with them. Brian was pleasant and efficient. He explained everything that he had done, and he showed me how to maintain the system. He cleaned up after himself and made the place look better than before. I am delighted with my clean water and my equipment. I recommend this company to anyone.

I am very happy with the work that was done by their team. They even helped with a small related issue that wasn't part of the original contract free of charge. I would recommend them for water filter and softener installation.

Very Good at getting right back to you and setting up appointment and providing a quote regarding the cost. The cost of the repair was a little more than what I was expecting but I do not have any idea what the cost for radon protection would be. Their professionalism and service is very good. If the system lasts as they stated then it is well worth the investment.

The company was VERY quick to respond to EACH email interaction or phone interaction. Everyone working there was polite and cheerful, careful with COVID measures to protect the homeowners, and conscientious with clean-up after the work was done in the basement. Additionally, they are very knowledgeable about their work. I have already referred them to our neighbor!

The Radon Mitigation System was installed as requested, in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up before they left. The equipment they had installed was thoroughly explained and any extra questions I had were answered. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a system like this.

The street connecting mine was under construction at the time of my appointment and the staff of US Water Consultants waited almost an hour before being allowed to pass the construction in order to keep my appointment - that's great customer service. They were knowledgeable about my problem, gave me good tips on keeping my softener in good shape and only charged me for the replacement parts. I will definitely call them again if the need ever arises.

Mark, the owner came over himself to estimate the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain what and why they were going to do. He also was able to give comparisons of equipment used by other companies. The front office kept me updated on tests and appointments, timely. His crew was very professional and PUNCTUAL! They took the time to remove all signs and equipment of my old water system, which they didn't have to do. Due to hard-packed dirt under my basement floor, they had to return 3 times to bring my Radon Air within EPA standards. However, the quoted price didn't change, and each time the crew was as professional as their first visit. I highly recommend Mark and US Water Consultants for your Radon Air Mitigation and any water improvements and modifications.
