First, he explained the pros and cons of different water heater types, and then helped us to make an educated decision on what was best for our needs, which was NOT the most expensive option. Not only was his bid the most reasonable, but he was very accommodating by being available the very next morning. He arrived on time, did his work, cleaned up his work area when completed, showed us how unit worked, what to watch for common problems, how to perform maintenance, and then explained where to go for warranty registration online. I had an electric water heater installed to replace a failing oil fired unit. Robert Johnson did the work the next day in a very professional way and even suggested an improved location for the unit which placed it closer to the actual heavy use area. The work was done carefully, professionally and the site cleaned. The finished price was less than the quote! Mr Johnson also assured me that he is always available to serve any plumbing needs I may have in the future.
