"I used Streamline Services to replace my HVAC system and to install insulation on the ductwork in my basement in August 2024, and unfortunately that was an extremely expensive mistake. We have since had them out 7 times that I have record of to repair issues related to the ductwork insulation, at extreme disruption to mine and my husband’s jobs which are based in our home, and on 2 of those occasions they also had a manager supervising. It’s the least of my concerns at this point but they left a mess each time they came, insulation scraps and screws all over the place and tape stuck to the floor. After all that, the insulation has never been properly adhered to the ductwork and has fallen down repeatedly, there are multiple areas all over our basement where the fiberglass insulation is exposed and where the tape has visibly lifted and the insulation is just resting on top of the duct. Their communication is somehow even worse than their workmanship. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager about a refund since December (I have record of 10 such inquiries I made in that time) and I’ve either been ignored or told that someone will call me and it never happens. They did give me a refund that amounted to roughly 8% of what I paid for the duct wrapping about two weeks ago, without contacting me or letting me know which I found odd, however that is not at all reflective of what I should be refunded after all of this and I think they just did it in hopes that I would leave them alone. I really wanted to resolve this with them amicably and have been exceedingly patient with them but unfortunately that goodwill hasn’t been reciprocated. We paid for our ducts to be wrapped and sealed and I think it’s clear we didn’t get what we paid for."

Eric and his crew kept everything peaceful and clean! We didn’t barely know they were here until the last day of work with some slight banging lol My floors are now beautifully leveled! The company was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had! Everyone who had their own parts in helping with our home were on time and very professional! "I had several estimates for our crawl space. Brent Amundrud was the most thorough in evaluating our needs and by the time he and his crew were finished our crawl space looked like a sterile kitchen. Everything sealed and beautifully finished. He also discovered mold in our heating unit that several hVac technicians had missed or just did not know what they were looking at.
