Ripped out 30+ year old brick island at the front of our subdivision, installed a new concrete version & filled with topsoil. The job came in at or under the price quoted & we are very happy with it. "They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

They arrived on time and at first clean all debris in my yard(weeds,old grass) to prepare the area for sod installation. They put new mixture of compost and soil, then they put the sod. Their work was very professional and they kept all area clean and organize. "They did a great job, I asked for the slightest slope on my patio after the previous contractor really messed up. They came in and busted up, removed old pad, releveled, graded and formed a 30x16 new pad...8in thick at the edge. We plan to put a screened in porch up at some point, they put the footers in for that as well. They also fixed a crack in the old, drilled holes for my gate and added a small pad for my son's basketball goal base. Would definitely recommend!"
