He did an amazing job on a multitude of projects - He installed two wood handrails, hand cut pickets, and put in a wood post. In addition to this, he installed a garage hook, stain painted my outdoor deck, resealed the silicone around the glass of the shower, sealed my garage floor, fixed baseboards and shoe molding, installed bathroom hooks, and replaced the chipped tile in my shower. "Service from start to finish was excellent. The office manager and owner were always responsive, and provided a ball-park estimate after I emailed photos of the damage. Before the technician came out, the office manage provided a detailed overview, including the technician's name, what he would be driving, how he would be dressed, and when he would arrive. The technician, after inspecting the damage, provided me with several options for repairs (trying to match the shingles on this 13-year-old building would have been difficult, and he didn't recommend that). He performed the repairs more quickly than anticipated and at less than half the cost of the ball-park figure; as he told the office manager afterwards, the damage wasn't as bad as my photos had shown.
We've been looking for a handyman service for years, and are delighted to find one which we'll return to again and again.

"The carpenters added eight shelves and removed the old clothes rods. First, the crew placed protective cover on our hardwood floors from the entryway to the closet. Since the weather was rainy, the crew needed to cut wood in my garage and they completely covered the items in the garage to prevent dust and wood shavings from blowing on the items. The carpenters were extremely professional and their work was impressive. The only recommendation that I would make is to ensure that the wood seams are completely caulked on the undersides of the shelves as well. The walls, ceiling and shelves were painted and the final product is truly stunning. Everyone who has seen the book room gave it glowing compliments."

"Norman Reilly's crew is outstanding. We couldn't be more pleased. Polite, kind, knowledgeable and informative at all times. The work they accomplished was difficult especially replacing the door frame, wood beneath etc. I can hardly wait until the painting is completed as they have prepared the house better than I have never had before. The gutters will be replaced after the painting is complete therefore there will be a few more days of work until completion."
