"Our roof cleaners discovered a "soft" spot in our roof and some cracked shingles. We finally located the water leaking into the ONLY tiny attic space - SO we hadn't seen any leak in the home yet. Kevin from Mabry came out so quickly, did a full inspection and very realistic assessment of the whole roofing system. It was evident that this was a repair project (UNinsured) rather than roof replacement. Several people on up to Mr. Mabry got involved in determining a realistic estimate and process, while informing us clearly of the UNknowns that would/could come up in the process and how we would deal with them and how they MIGHT price them. They ended up having to do all of those next steps - including rebuilding the whole skylight. We could NOT be happier with the process and the results. Full professional complete job.. "Drip Edge Roofing fixed/resealed roofing boot/flanges Drip Edge Roofing fixed the roofing boots. I had contact them via Angi and they gave me the best price for the job as I described. Upon inspection, I was informed the job was going to be easier than expected and reduced the price originally quoted over the phone. While up on the the roof, Christopher Carrothers took pictures of his repair, plus the flashing for the two bathroom vents to show they should have a touchup, which I agreed after seeing the pictures. There was an additional and acceptable charge for the touchup; which was very reasonable. Christopher did quality work and was able to come out the same day after his scheduled work was completed. The pictures he took were a great help in seeing the work he had done and in seeing the condition of the other two vent tubes flashing. Christopher told me that his company does other home related work, which I will keep in mind for any future home repair work."

"THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH ON THIS PROJECT. ROOF STARTED ON 2-15-19. PROJECTED 1-3 DAYS TO COMPLETE. THE WEATHER WAS PROJECTING A 7 DAY RAIN EVENT TO START ON 2-16-19. I WAS ADVISED ANY WORK NOT COMPLETED WOULD BE COVERED. I HAD EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT NOT ARRIVING HOME TILL 9 AM, TO FIND THE WHOLE FRONT OF MY HOME ALMOST DE-SHINGLED TO MY SURPRISE. I MOVED MY CONVERTIBLE ON SIDE STREET, IN CASE UNABLE TO HAVE ABSCESS TO GARAGE FOR COUPLE DAYS. I SAT IN MY CAR FOR AN HOUR WATCHING THE WORKERS IN PROGRESS...THERE WERE 4 WORKERS ON ROOF AND 1 ON THE GROUND. THEY WERE A FINE OILED MACHINE IN ACTION . I WAS AMAZED. TARPS WERE PLACED AROUND THE WHOLE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME, ALSO COVERING SHRUBS. THEY WORKED TILL 8 PM, FINISHING BY STREET LIGHTS. MY ROOF WAS COMPLETED IN 1 DAY......THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS........THEY CANVASED AREA WITH MAGNETIC DEVICES TO PICK UP NAILS THEN USED VACUUM ON DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE FLOOR.... I WAS A HAPPY HOMEOWNER WITH COMPLETED NEW ROOF A DAY BEFORE RAINS HIT.. MY NEW GUTTER SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED WHEN RAINS STOPPED. THEY WERE COMPLETED IN 1 DAY...."

"Mike and Beth were easy to work with and accommodating of my schedule. Their crew was very polite, stayed on the job, and even worked past their normal work day hours, after asking me if it would be okay. The roof looks great and they cleaned up behind them selves and were very careful to not damage planting, etc. around the house. I had consulted them after receiving several recommendations from my neighbors and would recommend them myself."

"Replacing a worn-out roof can be a daunting task. You want the job done right and for a reasonable cost. The first roofer claimed to have been in business for years in two states. The BBB reported them as a new company (Name Changed 2x+! Why? What were they hiding?). The second company admitted that it was new and under-bid the job. I could expect to get a low-quality job and/or have them ask for more upon completion. The third company bragged about being in business for 90+ years and bid twice what the insurance company estimated for the job! They were out of my league! Then Clyde Hance called. He has years of experience in both re-roofing and house-construction. He had many good suggestions for everything associated with a roof replacement and he has an experienced crew. They did a re-roofing that exceeded my goals for both quality-installation and completed-appearance.
