"This is the second major project Ralph has done for us. He did a kitchen and bath remodel in 2019 and were very please with the results of that project. I got four estimates for this project and the Triangle Classic estimate was very competitive. Based on my earlier experience with them, I choose Triangle Classic over the others, even though they were a little higher than a couple of the bids. I trusted that I would get a high quality job done in a timely fashion. Having that confidence during a major project is worth a few thousand dollars. Ralph did not disappoint. He is very actively involved in his contracts and ensures his sub-contractors are doing quality work. The project was completed on time and only about 2% over budget. The over budget items were items that were outside the original contract or beyond the contractor's control. During the project, we made the decision to replace our concrete driveway. Ralph was kind enough to provide his sub to do the work at no profit to his business and he passed along his discount on the concrete. I'm very pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Ralph and Triangle Classic Homes."

"I am so thankful I hired Henry at H&M Contractor for my bedroom and bathroom project. I live in a 1984 manufactured home so the walls are not drywall. They replaced the bedroom ceiling, painted my bedroom, and bathroom, installed crown moulding, baseboards, trim, and 3 nice two panel doors that they made work in my home and some other miscellaneous work. As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. "We were very happy with the work completed by Leon Home Repairs. They were efficient and thorough. The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."
