"Very pleased with the work and look. Very satisfied overall. The estimator and supervisor Alex was very attentive, prompt and willing to answer any and all questions I had. The two carpenters in particular who did the majority of the work were excellent. Only complaint is minor as perhaps they could have cleaned up better when work was finished as we found many plastic labels that came off the ends of the new deck boards as well as a few random nails. Again a very minor complaint."

"Mark showed up on time as promised about 8:00 am. One of the areas of wood rot was in a very difficult location with very little clearance between the molding and a porch support. The other was more accessible on a corner of the house. Mark was able to cut out the molding behind the porch support and replace it with PVC while providing for better drainage in the future. Mark did an excellent job. The repair is almost undetectable. Mark was very professional and efficient and wasted no time during the repair. This is the second time we have used Mr. Handyman and will certainly use the company for future repairs. I am extremely impressed with their people and the quality of work."

"I contacted the provider in late September requesting an estimate to paint some doors and trim, and to replace a dryer exhaust vent at my home.  Norm Reilly, the owner, set up a meeting with me on 9/22 to review the work needed.  Norm noticed that some of the trim work had some rotted wood, and recommended replacing this wood.  The other provider who provided an estimate suggested putty and other workarounds.  Considering the carpentry work suggested and the dryer vent (I only had the 2nd provider provide an estimate on the doors and trim as they were a painter) Norm's estimate was better for a better solution.  Norm told me it would be 2-3 weeks before his team would get to my job.  We had 13 straight days of rain, but they were still able to get to my job in 3 weeks.  A carpenter came out to take care of the wood replacement and dryer vent.  The following day (10/14) a painter came out to paint the trim and doors.
Everyone was courteous and did a very good job.  My one quibble is that the painter left paint chips on my front steps.  As I reviewed the work done, I specifically asked him to clean those off before he left but he seemed to be in a hurry to leave.  But if I needed similar work done again, my first call would be to Reilly's Handyman Services.

"The carpenters added eight shelves and removed the old clothes rods. First, the crew placed protective cover on our hardwood floors from the entryway to the closet. Since the weather was rainy, the crew needed to cut wood in my garage and they completely covered the items in the garage to prevent dust and wood shavings from blowing on the items. The carpenters were extremely professional and their work was impressive. The only recommendation that I would make is to ensure that the wood seams are completely caulked on the undersides of the shelves as well. The walls, ceiling and shelves were painted and the final product is truly stunning. Everyone who has seen the book room gave it glowing compliments."
