Richard has been our "go to" guy for years. Every project has been approached with professionalism and skill. Our most recent project was a guest bathroom remodel and we couldn't be happier with the results!

We had some mold spots from what we thought was previous water damage that was getting worse. It ended up being from a separate issue due to moisture from our dryer vent. Richard remedied the mold and found the source of the issue when he pulled down the drywall. I don’t have a before picture but it’s such a relief having it fixed.

Mr. King was very kind and professional. He did an amazing job ensuring the stain of the door matched the rest of the wood work, as well as keeping the aesthetic of the arch in the door by filling it with glass. Excellent craftsmanship and beautiful results. He even went the xtra mile to fix two other problem doors in the house. Would definitely choose to have him work on other projects if they arise.

Richard installed quite possibly the best **** door I have ever seen/used in my life, the quality of workmanship is so good I find myself just staring at his install like I am viewing fine art in a museum. I will absolutely be returning to him for future projects.

Richard did an excellent job on the work that we needed done. He finished installing our storm door for our porch, even adjusting the door frame to make sure the door was secure and everything was straight. He also replaced a couple pieces of siding that were damaged, as well as repaired the door frame to our garage that had some rot. Looks like new again! He was very meticulous about every aspect of the work and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!

Richard did a fantastic job giving our front door a much needed glow up. He replaced the old door and added millwork, a transom and crown molding to what had been a basic, unadorned entrance. He is meticulous in his workmanship and extremely responsive and conscientious. We have several more projects lined up for him and highly recommend him.

Do not hesitate to book Richard! He replaced a patio sliding door with French doors for us. From a detailed estimate to his detailed execution, we were very happy with his work and fair pricing. It’s awesome that he handled everything himself. A serious upgrade to the house!

I had a large opening between my family room and office that needed to have a French door designed and installed and a sliding glass door in the office that needed to be replaced with a French door with a built in doggy door. I had several contractors come to assess the job and give a quote, but Richard seemed the most knowledgeable and he performs the work himself. I could not be more pleased with his design and carpentry work! Richard was not the lowest quote but the other contractors verbalized that there might be adjustments if they hit issues along the way. Richard was very detailed in his assessment and the job was completed smoothly. Both doors look like they are original with the home and they are absolutely wonderful. We have already requested a quote on more work and look forward to working with Richard again.

Richard did a great job installing the door for our new nursery. He was easy to communicate with and made sure I knew what was happening. The door looks great. We'll definitely be calling Richard again.

Richard replaced my front door and frame to prevent water intrusion. He replaced some damaged floorboards, and rebuilt part of a built-in bookcase that had been damaged by water. He is skilled, thorough, conscientious, and committed to doing the job right. He also communicates consistently and clearly throughout the project and was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

I can't speak highly enough of the work done by King's Home Improvement. I hired them to remove a door and window combination and replace it with a custom french door. King handled the ordering and installation. I now have a quality french door that is well insulated and installed properly. He fixed the deficiencies left by the home builder and I am confident the work was done right. Work was done on time and for the amount quoted. I have even asked for a quote for other work as well.

Richard did a marvelous job installing the door between the garage and our kitchen. Because of shifting in the wall long ago, and because of the age of our house, the door frame was not as aligned as it should have been. Richard made adjustments and has installed the door very well.
