They cleaned up and verified with me that what was discussed and written up by Norm Reilly has been done to my satisfaction. Norm Reilly was great. On the day of the job he showed up with the crew and introduced them. The estimate and price quoted was based on his attention to detail inspection and pointing out to me what was wrong where other contractors had inspected and missed. He took his time to explain what needed to be done. I'll recommend him to anyone looking for quality work."

"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. It felt more like a close collaboration than just some “contractors”. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using Geo again for future projects."

The Make it Happen team did such an amazing, professional job -- and literally started the day after we hired them -- that I asked if they had time to help me with the rest. They said yes and literally made it happen. From that day on they worked at my house daily until it was done. They did drywall, doors, windows, paint, trim, floors, stairs, and appliance install. They showed up on time, stayed until done, cleaned up daily, answered all calls, were at all inspections, and priced fairly. So grateful! Highly recommend!"

We hired him after having a negative experience with another contractor who we had to fire in the middle of a remodeling project. We have said many times we wish we found Leon sooner. Chris Leon the owner is very responsive and gives reasonable prices for top quality work. These guys do it all- painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall and details, details, details.
