I was referred to Artisan by a local building supply company sales rep, who had a glowing opinion of them. I selected Artisan for the job because they were certified with CertainTeed and were able to direct me to an actual example of what the installed shingles would look like. I was impressed by how quickly I was issued a quote at a fair price with an attractive pricing structure. I was also impressed by the meticulous attention to details noticed by their sales rep who visited to issue and explain the quote. The Artisan team was uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and well-organized. My 4000 square foot roof was replaced in one day and on the date it was scheduled for."

The owner seemed very experienced and convincing about the repair that was needed. The crew found that the needed repair was as described by the owner. "Mr. Blanchard is a great communicator - he met me for a face to face quote - made observations and shared details about the skylight replacement along with the roofing details. He called and kept me informed of arrival dates & times, when the roofers were on the way, the number of workers he was sending, etc. We had rain delays and the stores everything nicely until they could return. I have not found one nail or roofing debris in my yard. I highly recommend this company."

"There were three areas where the roof was leaking. After they were repaired, it rained hard and two of the areas continued to leak. We are waiting for another rain storm to see if they still leak. I will videotape any leaks so K&D can repair them."
