I chose CertainTeed because it was the only manufacturer to sell Cool Roof shingles here in Raleigh, NC and also because it manufactures shingles in Oxford, NC. I was referred to Artisan by a local building supply company sales rep, who had a glowing opinion of them. I selected Artisan for the job because they were certified with CertainTeed and were able to direct me to an actual example of what the installed shingles would look like. I was impressed by how quickly I was issued a quote at a fair price with an attractive pricing structure. I was also impressed by the meticulous attention to details noticed by their sales rep who visited to issue and explain the quote. The Artisan team was uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and well-organized. My 4000 square foot roof was replaced in one day and on the date it was scheduled for."

The owner seemed very experienced and convincing about the repair that was needed. The crew found that the needed repair was as described by the owner. "Drip Edge Roofing fixed/resealed roofing boot/flanges Drip Edge Roofing fixed the roofing boots. I had contact them via Angi and they gave me the best price for the job as I described. Upon inspection, I was informed the job was going to be easier than expected and reduced the price originally quoted over the phone. While up on the the roof, Christopher Carrothers took pictures of his repair, plus the flashing for the two bathroom vents to show they should have a touchup, which I agreed after seeing the pictures. There was an additional and acceptable charge for the touchup; which was very reasonable. Christopher did quality work and was able to come out the same day after his scheduled work was completed. The pictures he took were a great help in seeing the work he had done and in seeing the condition of the other two vent tubes flashing. Christopher told me that his company does other home related work, which I will keep in mind for any future home repair work."

"THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH ON THIS PROJECT. ROOF STARTED ON 2-15-19. PROJECTED 1-3 DAYS TO COMPLETE. THE WEATHER WAS PROJECTING A 7 DAY RAIN EVENT TO START ON 2-16-19. I WAS ADVISED ANY WORK NOT COMPLETED WOULD BE COVERED. I HAD EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT NOT ARRIVING HOME TILL 9 AM, TO FIND THE WHOLE FRONT OF MY HOME ALMOST DE-SHINGLED TO MY SURPRISE. I MOVED MY CONVERTIBLE ON SIDE STREET, IN CASE UNABLE TO HAVE ABSCESS TO GARAGE FOR COUPLE DAYS. I SAT IN MY CAR FOR AN HOUR WATCHING THE WORKERS IN PROGRESS...THERE WERE 4 WORKERS ON ROOF AND 1 ON THE GROUND. THEY WERE A FINE OILED MACHINE IN ACTION . I WAS AMAZED. TARPS WERE PLACED AROUND THE WHOLE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME, ALSO COVERING SHRUBS. THEY WORKED TILL 8 PM, FINISHING BY STREET LIGHTS. MY ROOF WAS COMPLETED IN 1 DAY......THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS........THEY CANVASED AREA WITH MAGNETIC DEVICES TO PICK UP NAILS THEN USED VACUUM ON DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE FLOOR.... I WAS A HAPPY HOMEOWNER WITH COMPLETED NEW ROOF A DAY BEFORE RAINS HIT.. MY NEW GUTTER SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED WHEN RAINS STOPPED. THEY WERE COMPLETED IN 1 DAY...."
