"This is the second major project Ralph has done for us. He did a kitchen and bath remodel in 2019 and were very please with the results of that project. I got four estimates for this project and the Triangle Classic estimate was very competitive. Based on my earlier experience with them, I choose Triangle Classic over the others, even though they were a little higher than a couple of the bids. I trusted that I would get a high quality job done in a timely fashion. Having that confidence during a major project is worth a few thousand dollars. Ralph did not disappoint. He is very actively involved in his contracts and ensures his sub-contractors are doing quality work. The project was completed on time and only about 2% over budget. The over budget items were items that were outside the original contract or beyond the contractor's control. During the project, we made the decision to replace our concrete driveway. Ralph was kind enough to provide his sub to do the work at no profit to his business and he passed along his discount on the concrete. I'm very pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Ralph and Triangle Classic Homes."

"These guys are top notch! So many positive things to say. We have hired Leon for multiple renovation projects in our 1960's midcentury modern home. We hired him after having a negative experience with another contractor who we had to fire in the middle of a remodeling project. We have said many times we wish we found Leon sooner. Chris Leon the owner is very responsive and gives reasonable prices for top quality work. These guys do it all- painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall and details, details, details. Chris is very trustworthy and even suggested ways for us to save money, instead of just encouraging us to spend as much as possible like many other contractors do. Even after being paid for all the work he came out to our house to make slight modifications at our request. His contractors are all very polite and hard-working. We felt very comfortable having the team around in our house with our family. People who see our house want to know where we had such great work done!"

Sergio completed the permit process with the county, scheduled the necessary sub-contractors needed for the job, scheduled the necessary inspections with the county, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Antonio took the lead on completing most of the work in our home supervising their team of workers as they completed the framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, crown molding, and trim carpentry work. Antonio was very professional and respectful of our home as he and their team completed the work on our bonus room. We are very pleased with the work we had done by Antonio Remodeling & Renovations and we hope to work with Sergio and Antonio again in the future."
