"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. It felt more like a close collaboration than just some “contractors”. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using Geo again for future projects."

"The company did what needed to be done per our agreement! Happy with their work for the most part!!"

"The initial work done by another contractor was subpar, but Joe was able to come in to fix and finish things to look incredible. Excellent attention to detail, and easy to communicate with."

"These guys are top notch! So many positive things to say. We have hired Leon for multiple renovation projects in our 1960's midcentury modern home. We hired him after having a negative experience with another contractor who we had to fire in the middle of a remodeling project. We have said many times we wish we found Leon sooner. Chris Leon the owner is very responsive and gives reasonable prices for top quality work. These guys do it all- painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall and details, details, details. Chris is very trustworthy and even suggested ways for us to save money, instead of just encouraging us to spend as much as possible like many other contractors do. Even after being paid for all the work he came out to our house to make slight modifications at our request. His contractors are all very polite and hard-working. We felt very comfortable having the team around in our house with our family. People who see our house want to know where we had such great work done!"

"No call , no show. No response to follow up request. Seems to be typical contractor response."

"I was very happy with the work. Excellent craftsmanship, very responsive, and very reasonable price. Also very easy to work with and responsive to a shifting project vision throughout. Would certainly hire again!"

"Great job and reasonable costs"

"We hired Antonio Remodeling & Renovations to complete our unfinished bonus room, and they did a fantastic job. Sergio was very professional and did a great job managing the logistics of our project from start to finish. Sergio completed the permit process with the county, scheduled the necessary sub-contractors needed for the job, scheduled the necessary inspections with the county, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Antonio took the lead on completing most of the work in our home supervising their team of workers as they completed the framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, crown molding, and trim carpentry work. Antonio was very professional and respectful of our home as he and their team completed the work on our bonus room. We are very pleased with the work we had done by Antonio Remodeling & Renovations and we hope to work with Sergio and Antonio again in the future."

"All the above responses were excellent and the job was done well and quickly. Been trying to do this job myself for near a decade and finally accepted the fact that I needed help. Joe Marshall at Prime Time Custom Homes, LLC called me the same day and offered his services. I accepted his free estimate and he assembled and arranged the materials delivery and craftsmen the same week. The efficiency of the crew finished the job in less than five hours. They did good work. Started at 8:30am and finished by 1:00 pm.. The job was a 26’ by 8’ deck roof , shingles and enclosed beaded plywood underneath so as to hide nails and rafters. All I have to do is trim, stain and paint to myself and the wife's liking. So pleased to know that this level of quality work is obtainable in these times. Thank you Joe Marshall."

"Outstanding. Sean Mabrey responded to email on same day I sent request to him. He fixed the leak the next day, which was Sunday. He professionally handled everything and his charge for services was very, very fair and reasonable. Of the other three contractors queried, Sean completed work before others responded to emails. Great response."
