"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. Joe Marshall at Prime Time Custom Homes, LLC called me the same day and offered his services. I accepted his free estimate and he assembled and arranged the materials delivery and craftsmen the same week. The efficiency of the crew finished the job in less than five hours. They did good work. Started at 8:30am and finished by 1:00 pm.. The job was a 26’ by 8’ deck roof , shingles and enclosed beaded plywood underneath so as to hide nails and rafters. All I have to do is trim, stain and paint to myself and the wife's liking. So pleased to know that this level of quality work is obtainable in these times. Thank you Joe Marshall."
