We hired him after having a negative experience with another contractor who we had to fire in the middle of a remodeling project. We have said many times we wish we found Leon sooner. Chris Leon the owner is very responsive and gives reasonable prices for top quality work. These guys do it all- painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall and details, details, details. "Great! We generated online quotes through Angie's List to 4 contractors on 6/11/18. Only 1 emailed us with a quote (which was too high). We figured it was a dead end, got distracted with other things & forgot about it. Then a few weeks later we got a call out of the blue from Hector. He apologized for the delayed response as he said he had been very busy. It was a great call out of the blue. He said he could come out immediately & came out the next day as promised. We discussed the price once he saw my house & gutter system. He cleaned the outside of 4 skylights while he was up there. Hector worked very hard, cleaned up all the debris & left the outside of the grounds in great shape. Hector is very polite & a hard worker! I think you will be very happy if you give Hector a call."
