"This is the second major project Ralph has done for us. He did a kitchen and bath remodel in 2019 and were very please with the results of that project. I got four estimates for this project and the Triangle Classic estimate was very competitive. Based on my earlier experience with them, I choose Triangle Classic over the others, even though they were a little higher than a couple of the bids. I trusted that I would get a high quality job done in a timely fashion. Having that confidence during a major project is worth a few thousand dollars. Ralph did not disappoint. He is very actively involved in his contracts and ensures his sub-contractors are doing quality work. The project was completed on time and only about 2% over budget. The over budget items were items that were outside the original contract or beyond the contractor's control. During the project, we made the decision to replace our concrete driveway. Ralph was kind enough to provide his sub to do the work at no profit to his business and he passed along his discount on the concrete. I'm very pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Ralph and Triangle Classic Homes."

"Great! We generated online quotes through Angie's List to 4 contractors on 6/11/18. Only 1 emailed us with a quote (which was too high). We figured it was a dead end, got distracted with other things & forgot about it. Then a few weeks later we got a call out of the blue from Hector. He apologized for the delayed response as he said he had been very busy. It was a great call out of the blue. He said he could come out immediately & came out the next day as promised. We discussed the price once he saw my house & gutter system. He cleaned the outside of 4 skylights while he was up there. "Junior Green and his Clean Hands Painting and Construction crew did an excellent job saving our screened in porch. We had a contractor who had spent 11 months (yes 11 months) installing a screened in porch and he was simply not able to finish the job. We became fed up and found Junior and he was promptly out to review the work and recommend how to fix it. He was able to correct all of the issues with standard construction practices that our last contractor ignored. He made sure that the screened porch was redesigned to protect against water and last for the long term without issues every few years from water damage. In addition to his knowledge of good construction practice he also made our porch look beautiful. "The contractor took time to come to my home and spend ~30 min to look at the job, but never responded with an estimate.  Also never responded after multiple attempts to contact them about when an estimate would be available, well over a month after the initial visit.  If you are too busy to provide services, don't waste my time coming out in the first place, please.

-UPDATE: The company contacted us and apologized.  The individual that came out apparently does not work there anymore.  I would be OK to give them a second chance, as they seem to have good reviews.
