She promptly set up an appoitment for Corey, the owner to come see me about the inspection and estimate. Corey is a consummate professional. He called me twenty minutes before arrival to let me know that he was on his way. Also, I loved their appointment reminder software that asks you to confirm the appointment. Corey got there ahead of time and was super polite to talk to. He inspected the job site ( I needed a new door installed in the bedroom). He knew I needed this done relatively fast and he was SOOO kind to be able to look into squeezing me into the schedule. I'm super grateful for this. People like him are in high demand and I knew he was doing me a HUGE favor. Antonio who then worked on the job also tested me prior to arrival. I got a total of five estimates for this major project on a high-end home, one was much higher, one was much lower, their's was in the middle with two others. What I got for my money was a really high quality group of finish carpenters who not only installed quality windows as promised, but did the trim-finish work to make this into a truly beautiful three season outdoor room. The owner of the company Todd personally visited my home twice in the initial estimating process and gave me clear information and good suggestions. "My experience with RRE was mostly positive. Prior to meeting with them, I had gotten quotes from four other roofing companies. RRE, Robbie Vrana specifically, was the only company who did the work and found wind and hail damage which entitled me to an insurance claim. I can't overstate how important that was for me. Robbie even helped me file the claim with my homeowner's insurance company and he was there when the adjuster made his inspection and determination. That was greatly appreciated. Their turnaround time was excellent and my beautiful new roof was completed very quickly. I had made an additional deal for them to repair some rotten fascia. Unfortunately, that's when the wheel came off the cart. The scope of work was not itemized and, silly me, assumed our deal would include all rotten fascia. There are two spots that RRE refused to repair to my great consternation. I have already recommended RRE which has led to one additional roof job for RRE and several more referrals. I will continue to do so but with the caveat to receive itemized quotes for additional work you might want them to do.
