He came over that afternoon to see the job and provide an estimate. He was able to begin work immediately however, we opted for the following morning. Condensation can occur on the inside of a roof, but it should always be temporary. It does not necessarily mean there is a roof leak. A full replacement will last longer and is less likely to need damage repaired over time.
