"The Acosta scheduler was able to arrange an earlier than expected date for the service call considering that it was the busy part of the season. Service tech (Taylor Brown) called prior to his arrival and arrived on schedule. Mr. Brown was very polite and professional and communicated clearly what he would be doing and later what his findings were. He identified a small electrical component that tested marginal and was able to replace it from materials that he had on his company truck. We were very pleased with Mr. Brown and felt that the cost of the work was reasonable. We also purchased a "Comfort Club" membership for semiannual check-ups. Total cost shown below."
