I received a recommendation from a friend to use Guardian. They were very impressed with Susan and Wil's service. With skepticism, I called for a complementary roof inspection which indicated wind, hail damage. Susan handled everything with the insurance company and continually kept me updated during the process. Wil and crew were great, in and out in one day. AMAZING service!!! Referred their company to another close friend who also had the exact same level of service from Guardian. Not a fly by night roofing company. I would highly recommend them for any roofing question or service you may need.

I highly recommend Guardian Exterior Pros to anyone in need of a roof replaced. In particular, I had my roof replaced back in 2022 working with a phenomenal crew that included Susan Ryder, William Robinson and several more of their team their teammates. Susan originally sat down with me and explained how the entire process would work—from approval, to execution, to finish. That put my mind at ease. What was amazing is that my insurance company initially denied approval of a totally new roof even though pictures and damages warranted it. However, with Susan’s strong perseverance, her day in and day out dedication, and her client commitment, she was persuasive and won over my insurance company agreeing to pay for an entire new roof. Once the approval phase was completed, Will, the foreman stepped in and oversaw the entire roofing execution process which seemed like a breeze for him and his team of dedicated experts. They not only gave me a new roof in two or three days max, but they were phenomenal in the cleanup process! The entire process ran seamlessly once approved, and I could not have asked for a better job!!! These Folks are Great. Susan did all the leg work with the Insurance Company and Will had our roof done in one day with everything cleaned up like they were never there. I couldn’t recommend Guardian any higher.
