He told me what he thought needed to be done but when he finished the work, he decided to wait before addressing another problem that he thought might have been contributing to my leaks. He felt that it wasn't necessary to do something that would cost me more money if it wasn't a problem. He is honest, fair and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Seth. His work is first quality.
