He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only discount. We also want to mention Holly, the employee who was always kind when answering our financial questions. The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property. "after work was completed we discovered a hole in the boards which should have been replaced. Iinstead the roofer put the roofing material over the hole. Prior to replacement of roof we discussed replacing any boards that needed to be replaced would not be included in the price and it would be additional charge which we were in agreement.  We have contacted the roofer via email and phone calls which he reponded and came to the house and gave us an estimate of $185.00 for a 4x8 plywood board and we gave the ok to replace.  The roofer called and stated he would be out to fix the problem the following Saturday and we have not seen the roofer or heard from him since. We have made numberous phone calls with no responce. This does leave us in a position of libability exposure if any reason an indiviual where to go on the roof and might fall through. Maybe small claims court would resolve this matter. There are pictures available if anyone wants to see the hole in the boards."
