Great service

My search led us to Simple Roofing and I called Gino Michaels. He spent over half an hour explaining the major and minor points of roof systems. Since we had not yet even been to the house, Mr. Michaels offered to go and inspect the roof and give us an evaluation and cost estimate. He called me back a few days later told us the roof was in very good condition and needed only minor repairs for some worn items. This was done over the phone: DONE DEAL. And, by the way, his inspection was after storms Helene and Milton and the winter rains of November and early December!!! We commend Gino Michaels and Simple Roofing for doing the work in a professional manner and for their guarantee. Simple Roofing has a new customer.

Hired Gino Michaels with Simple Roofing for a small roof repair. After 8 failed attempts over a 5 month span and an additional $8,800 in damages to the interior of the home caused by him, only to have him not respond to any calls, emails, or texts, I would recommend hiring a plumber to repair your roof over Simple roofing.

Let me make this simple. DO NOT HIRE GINO MICHAELS/Simple Roofing. Charged me $100 for a very simple gutter repair. Within 2-3 weeks gutter failed again. Same situation for my next door neighbor. No response from Gino to several texts. Poor quality.

Gino was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable man. Arrived promptly and worked non stop till the job was done. I will recommend his company to anyone that needs Roofing work. Plus his pricing is reasonable.

The work was not completed correctly and he is no longer communicating with us. He is not fulfilling his guarantee, he gave us a 15 year warranty and he is not providing it.

Gino came out on a Holiday to look at my roof to fix for insurance reasons. He was able to get the repairs done quickly. He explained everything he found and what needed to be done. Great communication and very nice to work with.

Gino is great. He walked me through every step of the way. Easy to work with. Out of 3 roofing companies I had look at my roof, Gino was the only one that didnâ t say I needed a new roof. My roof is 14=years old. The large roofing companies donâ t want to waste their time making repairs. I had all of my boots replaced, and a bunch of other roof issues I had. I found Gino to be honest. I would like to also mention the roofer that was with him doing the job. He is an excellent roofer with 20 years of roofing experience, Ryan. Gino and Ryan were a great team. I loved the fact that even though Gino is the owner, he was on the job, on the roof as well. You donâ t see that often. A smaller company, but willing to do roof repairs. Pricing was reasonable as well.

Gino was knowledgable, fair, and efficient. He took care of the job in a timely manner and put my mind at ease. My HOA who should be responsible for the roof still hasn’t even responded to my request & he’s completed the job! Would definitely hire again.

Great work, very responsive

Gino gave me a quick and reasonable estimate. The completion took a bit longer than expected but I wanted his very best employee (Ryan) to do the work. The project is complete! Done with satisfaction. Gino has a promising future! I would recommend for small to medium sized jobs until he has more full time employees. Give him your job so he will be able to have more staff!! They really do work from the heart! Thank you Gino and Ryan!

They worked on it like it was their own house

I took care of my roof myself for 21 years and didn’t have time to do it this go round and decided to get someone else to do it, I live in a mobile home and consider myself a pro at cool sealing my roof, these guys did it like I would do it. Completely satisfied with their hard work.
