"My wife and I recently had to have our roof replaced due to a hailstorm in August 2023 and just the normal wear and tear of a 15-year-old roof. I had 3 roofing companies come out and give us estimates for the new roof and we also contacted our Insurance Agent to file a claim on roof replacement. The first company came out and he was very quick on and off the roof as if my roof was too small of a project for his company. I asked if he had a ballpark estimate and he told me around $14,000.00 at which time I told him, no way and donâ t bother writing it up. The second company called me and said they were running late but they would be there around 6:00pm. They never showed or called me back, so the next day I called them to cancel coming out. The third company to come out was Majestic Roofing who sent their Storm Damage Specialist Andrew Franco who walked the entire roof also taking pictures. Andrew came off the roof and we talked as he walked me through the entire process with Insurance companies and claims for a new roof. Before Andrew left, he told me to let him know when the adjuster was coming out so he could go on the roof with the adjuster, which he did approx. a week later. After I received payment from my insurance company, I called Andrew to get an estimate from Majestic Roofing to do our roof and to get on their schedule for our new roof. Our roof was scheduled for Monday March 11, 2024. Andrew told me their crew would be at my house at sunrise. The crewâ s punctuality was incredible they were in my driveway at approx. 5:45am just waiting to go to work. At first crack of daylight the crew started setting up their equipment and tearing off the old roof. They had about an 8-man crew and the tore off the old roof in approx. 2 ½ hours. Watching them work on our house, and the attention to detail the crew possessed was incredible. Andrew came out to the job to check on the progress and talk to the crew supervisor who told him there was a 5-inch HVAC vent pipe through the roof, but what we had to replace it was a 4-inch gas vent flashing and a 4-inch round storm duct starting collar. But what we needed was a 5-inch gas vent flashing and a 5-inch round storm duct starting collar. Now this is where Majestic & Andrew went above and beyond any of my expectations, Andrew personally drove me to 8 roofing & hvac supply companies before we finally found the 5-inch gas vent flashing and a 5-inch round storm duct starting collar. At this point is where Majestic Roofing showed me their Positive Attitudes, Professionalism on The Job, Quality of Their Work, Value of Their Final Product and a Very knowledgeable group of people. My wife and I were totally amazed at the professionalism and communication that was shown to us. Majestic Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They were very neat, courteous, and kept us in contact through the whole process. They came when scheduled to do the replacement and finished it in one long day. Majestic Roofing is a top notch â 5 Star Company who I Highly recommend!!"
