It was so refreshing to hear a repair say that our heating system did not need to replace, so instead of selling us something he saved us lots of money. We plan to us Acosta Heating & A/C in the future, as I found out that their repair people do not work on commission where most our companies do."

"I called Mike on a Sunday night and he returned my call the next morning.  They came around lunch and checked on my AC unit which was freezing up and determined it needed some freon.  Charged the system and had me back in cool comfort in no time.  A couple of days later the other unit in my house was not coming on.  Impressed with the quick service the first time, I called them back.  Admittedly, I was thinking in the back of my head if the second vist could have been related to the first.  Turns out when they got the second unit open, I simply had a dead bug keeping a connection from making.  They cleaned out my unit and checked the freon in the second unit.  My fears about the two visits being related were quickly put to rest when the technician told my wife, there would be no charge for the second visit, since they had just been out a couple days before.  Thanks for the quick service and not taking advantage of a guy with a dead bug in his AC.
