"I called first thing on Monday morning and someone was on their way by the time I got out of the shower. He showed me what had caused the problem and worked quickly to repair the system. He explained everything that he was doing and I had heat before the afternoon was out. If anything happens in the future, Alpine will be my first call. I couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"He was very informative and honest and did not take money until job was complete. He had to come out more than one time due to ordering parts, but always kept us informed. He saved us over $2000 and repaired our 8 year old unit. I would recommend him and use his services again!"

"Very pleased with our experience. Price was fair, crew was prompt and hard working. In order to get the job done in one day, additional workers were called out in the afternoon. Still, the job was done and cleaned up by day's end. There were a few items found to be addressed at the walk around the following morning and those were handled by the end of that day."
