L & K Repair Services

Jay & son were excellent, courteous, friendly technicians. Was frustrated from a previous company recommended by Warranty company who was closer. That company came in diagnosed work did not pull out any appliance just looked at it & said it couldn't be fixed.. Was upset, called back &: requested Jay although he was further away & he had come before. They came in went right to work; within a few moments had service. I would highly recommend L& K for all my appliance needs. They had excellent Customer Service. My husband &:I can't say enough about how they take pride in satisfaction from the Customer.

Great quality of work, but communication needs improvement Very happy with the quality of the work. The repair is holding up well and I am confident in the results. However the communication and response times throughout process could have been better. I found it a bit challenging to reach someone for clarification or response. That said, work itself was great and I appreciate the technicians skills and professional ism. I would recommend this service for the repairs, but I hope they can work on improving communication in the future.

Jay was extremely professional. Came the same day as requested. Fixed my fridge in less than an hour. Reasonably priced as well.

Jay and his son were very professional and courteous. Did a great ? job and saved me a lot of money,by fixing the range and me not having to get a new one . I could not find anyone to come out to even look at the range. I was very blessed ? to have found him. I would definitely recommend them !!!!!

Jay came in the evening to fix my dryer. His repaired it quickly and the price was reasonable. Very nice as well. Would call again!

They came out the night before they were scheduled to do it the next day due to the bad weather coming. They were courteous and explained what was wrong.

Larry was super professional and efficient. He repaired our refrigerator when other so-called pros cost us money but didn’t solve the problem. Their integrity and diligence was remarkable with frequent calls to update parts ordered, service coordination, and even follow up after the repair to insure our satisfaction. Not to mention, they are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to repair any appliance and will hire them again if needed.

Call them if you need any appliance repair. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Jay saved us hundreds of dollars because we were seriously looking to purchase a new clothes dryer. Jay has experience and gets the job done! 5 STARS!
