"Had my crawl space encapsulated. Very professional. Was not the cheapest but far from the most expensive. Looks very nice they cleaned up as they went so there was no mess. Travis explained the process as they went and why they did it the way they did so I fully understood what was going on. I would defiantly recommend them."

"Their technicians were more than adequate. The unresolved issue is regarding completion of 1year contract and cancellation of contract. After cancellation was done the company billed for the 13th month even after cancellation and without service being provided. All calls go to Ogden Utah to people who insist no one in company is authorised to waive fees and that their supervisor does not accept calls. I feel sorry for local field workers to lose business but that is their model"

They damaged my lawn furniture and hose, then after doing a subpar job told me that I owed them $400 w no explanation to me of how or why they were asking so much. I’ve contacted the local authorities fraud department and better business bureau. Idk what changed with Felix but I hope I can save someone else from this grift."
