"In the end, not well. We needed a leaking gutter seam fixed at our vacation house because it was dripping on our deck and ruining our stain. Higher Ground came out and made a repair in June 2022, which supposedly fixed the leak. We then arranged to have our deck restained. Since this is a vacation house, we weren't able to go back to the house until August 2022. At that point we discovered that the seam was still leaking onto our newly restained deck. We contacted Higher Ground via email and phone to try to get them to come out and finish the fix. They were not very responsive and got a little nasty about only allowing 10 days for "quality control issues" on their work, even after I explained that we are not down at the house full time to be able to see that it wasn't really fixed. So they refused to make good on their work. From my perspective, I paid for a leak repair and did not get a leak repair."

"Albert replaced the main drain line for the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine in our 1940s house. This was a challenging job for many reasons including larger pipe being required to meet code and having to tie on to a new sewer line in a different location from the original. Albert was very professional and provided multiple options for us to consider. The price was reasonable and he completed the job in a timely manner. He is very reliable and always on time. Our expectations were exceeded, everything looks great and it was a big upgrade for this section of our plumbing system. We would not hesitate to recommend Autry Plumbing, they are very experienced and reliable and prices have always been reasonable."

Yes, my bad for not getting a written quote and for being desperate with no water but $5,500 to just replace a well pump is outrageous, predatory, and unjustifiable for a 1.5hp pump. If you can wait a day or two, you’ll be money ahead avoiding Caldwell!"
