Ken worked really hard to accomodate my timeline and has been very professional in updating me on the process.

Ken and his assistant always do a great job, and are so pleasant to work with. Our faucet leaked for the second time in a few months, and Ken advised replacing it with a more reliable brand. His assistant installed the new faucet and unstuck our frozen garbage disposal. Unfortunately, when the first sink full of water was drained through the disposal, it blew out the deteriorated baskets and flooded the cabinet under the sink. Ken then came over immediately to remove the unit (our choice, as we didn't want to replace) and replumb the drains under the sink.

Ken responded extremely quickly and sent Curtis to complete the work. We couldn’t be happier with both of them and the work that they did. We would hire again without hesitation.

I've had CPC out several times for several jobs over the last 2 years. Ken (the owner) and Curtis (one of his employees) are nice guys and do great work that is reasonably priced. They are both professional, patient and courteous.

Excellent quality work at a fair price. His advance visit to estimate the work was detailed and not rushed. He was very clear and detailed in his descriptions of the work to be done. He maintained good contact by text and phone regarding arrival time. The work was done exactly as described. Excellent cleanup afterwards.

Ken arrived as planned, replaced defective kitchen faucet , discovered and replaced leaking drain pipe  under sink.  The Angies list  coupon was applied and I had the faucet replacement, so he only charged me for labor.  The $75 fee reflects the $25 discount for Angies coupon. The work was done efficiently and flawlessly.

He was willing to answer questions on the phone, and give instructions as to what to do if we wanted to try.to fix it on our own.  When we couldn't, he came out and took care of it all and gave us more tips.  Great job.

I spoke with Ken, the owner on the phone.  He set up a service call with short notice.  Curtis was the service provider.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  I was able to text a picture of the part so that Curtis could come with the correct part in hand and minimize the cost.  He was in and out within the hour and I received a $25 Angie's List member credit per a current coupon.

Curtis and Will showed up promptly and finished the work in no time. They were very peasant and professional. We now have someone who we can call and know that we will receive the best of care.

He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix everything in a timely fashion.

This happened after two consecutive days of below zero temperature. He came same night and stayed until everything was secure. He took pictures of pipe and broken pieces of washer with him. He came back when he had the replacement pieces and repaired both the pipe and the washer! this saved me tons of money and impressed my insurance adjuster immensely. He even interacted directly with adjuster explaining what had happened! Needless to say his bill was reimbursed immediately. Finally he even loaned me a more powerful heater to use for those pipes until I could purchase one like it. This was a stressful experience and working with Ken was a relief all the way through because I knew the repairs would be done correctly and his charges would be very fair.

Ken Holbert of Carolina Plumbing came to our rescue on very short notice, and on a Saturday! He was extremely professional and cleared a major clog deep in the drain from our kitchen sink. He also recommended a reasonably priced product for maintenance that we will be using in the future. The price was reasonable as plumbers go. We are grateful to him and will definitely use him again in the future.

I bought a 40-yr old home recently and was referred to Ken. The work he and his men have done has been one of the bright spots of a remodel. They show up when asked and when  they say they will or they call to say they will be a little earlier or later.
When Ken installed the piping for the water line in the basement crawl space, he found holes in a brand new HVAC system install, specifcally in one supply duct and one return duct. If it were not for his keen eye and caring, I would still be having trouble w/ the HVAC that no one else found during the prior year. Because of him, I stopped air conditioning and heating my crawl space.
The hose bibs they installed are high quality and positioned where I wanted them. He asks exactly how the homeowner wants the install instead of assuming as so many other contractors seem to do to save time.
The water tank he removed took all day to cut  apart to get out of the crawl space opening.  The lower third of the tank was made of concrete. He left and returned with the tools he had to use to cut it. The effort was extraordinary and took 4 men to lift out and twice as long as anticipated but he stuck to his estimate. Now everyone has better entry into a 40 yr old crawl space.
The water line to the new double farm sink was perfect. They drilled holes for the plumbing and had to spend extra time on the strainers bc of odd size of drains but Ken and his crew spent the extra time to file them down perfectly. Ken vacuumed up all their dust and shavings and sometimes the whole floor in the room. Very impressive and above and beyond. Can't recommend them more highly. He is definitely "my plumber."
While he was there, he looked at a new bath sink drain plug that would not close and got under the sink and fixed it. No charge.
He has an amazing desire to serve his customers.
