Joe Ferguson's Well Drilling LLC

 Joe and 3 other workers came to my house, fixed it in less than an hour.  called in the morning, they were out the same day mid afternoon.  very nice guys. Their office was nearby and they had the parts needed at their place of business.  Even though it was more expensive than I had thought, they took care of it the same day and were nice.

I called Joe Ferguson because my water pressure was working correctly. He gave me some suggestions to try to see if it helped. It did not and his crew came out in just a matter of hours. (Fergusion's is located in another town about an hour away.) They changed my pressure tank switch and gauge. When the problem continues the had to pull the pipes to my well. Over 300 feet of pipes. They discovered a pipe near the pump had a split in it. They replaced the pipe, cleaned up the insulation mess that a rodent had created, wrapped the well with new insulation that I had, put the trash on their truck, checked and double checked everything to make certain the pressure tank bladder had the correct amount of air and that the water pressure was where it is suppose to be. The men were very knowledgable, friendly, helpful and conscientious. It took over 3 hours for two men to complete the work and they worked without a break! This is the only company I will call. Their prices are reasonable, too!

Overall these folks went out of their way to fit us in. It is a family business and they had two family emergencies in the month of service. They did everything they could to get us on their schedule considering we wanted off a shared well in our community which was causing us issues. 
Pros: Estimated cost was $6000. This was actually a fair price considering the area where they were drilling. They hit water sooner than they expected so the overall price came to $4800. Honestly they could have taken advantage of the situation and tried to charge more, but they are an honest bunch of folks. Considering how backlogged they were at the time they did everything they could to make our install as full service as possible, per our request.
Job was completed quickly and with as minimal impact to the yard as possible. They did some serious work to run piping under our sidewalk without causing any damage which would have caused unseemly patch work.
Cons: Only issue I had was that I asked for the water cut off valve before our filter be left in place where the prior water supply came in. This was neglected which causes some issues when changing the filter since those whole house plastic water fixtures never fully cut off during filter change. Considering the situation this was a small detail in the grand scheme.

They were punctual and reliable.  Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

Prompt and friendly service.  Reasonable price.  Problem fixed.  We have used this company previously and were happy with the job last time and again this time.  The company actually put in our original well 25 years ago and it is still functioning well.  
They also recommended another individual to service our well -add salt  and safe chemicals to remove impurities-especially iron from the water so it does not stain out toilets or washing machine and removes the heavy iron tast from drinking water.  This individual saved us 75% over the previous vendor.

A good company with hard to find good faith people.  Had to come back a 2nd time to replace another part and did a great job.

Called them on emergency last night and spoke with them.  They called this morning before 9:00am. ready to come over and find the issue.  Randy came over right away and found the issue.  He found the issue and went over the problem with my husband.  He fixed the problem put in new water tank and new switches.  They are on time, very optimistic, honest, and I feel they have your best interest in mind.
