"Friday evening - no water! Late Friday evening - spoke with Garrett at Banks Well Pump Services LLC. Saturday morning - Garrett diagnosed the problem as a failed water pump. Monday - new water pump installed in 700 foot deep well. Not having running water in the house is never a good thing. I feel very fortunate to have connected with Garrett and getting the problem resolved this quickly. He's knowledgeable, he's careful, he does quality work and he's a pleasure to work with."

"It was an emergency repair for piping underneath the crawl space for a pin hole leak that was seeping under vanity and seeping onto our wood floors. West located that leak along with another unexpected leak within a different side if the house!! Good Job! It was a bit pricey but it was a Sunday, an emergency and there was more plumbing repairs done than what was originally expected. But we are totally satisfied with the work completed. Considering some additional work by them as requested. Very reliable!!!"

The front desk staff are always very pleasant when I've called to set up an appointment and have availability within a few business days. Joel has been the plumber sent to my house for all our service calls. He is very helpful, professional, and does fantastic work. This company is clearly well organized with great staff and they care about their customers!"

"I thought I needed a filtration system but they said all I needed was a softening system and it's getting the job done. It's lovely. I called them. They said they needed to test the specimen to find out what I needed. I took a specimen to the office and they checked it. She confirmed with her boss. He called me and told me what I needed and how much it would cost. I said yes and they did it. The price was reasonable. The only problem is that they close at 4 or 4:30 in the afternoon. If you are out running errands, it's not one of those places that is open till 6."

"This company did an exceptional job from start to finish. On a Saturday I went on Home Advisor shortly after 7 am and had a call back 5 minutes later. Thankfully the company could have someone out that morning since I had no water. The tech arrived and found the problem, had the part to repair it immediately and I was able to have water again. "Pure well was very quick to respond and set a time for an evaluation. Joey the professional that came out was very friendly and helpful. He evaluated my situation and was able to give me a corrective action and estimate on the spot. Later the next day I contacted him about additional concerns and again he gave me options and added cost. I accepted his very fair estimate and scheduled repairs in two days. They were on time which is much appreciated. They went into crawlspace and wrote up an estimate. This included: clean the air w/an air scrubber set up outside. Seal all vents, remove debris, clean the mold from the wood. Install 6 mil vapor barrier and a dehumidifier. The cost of this would be $5320 including the Angie's List discount.

This would have been all well and good but the true cause of the moisture was not found. Eventually we found that the shower was leaking and that was what needed to be fixed. Water was coming from the shower floor, overflowing the bladder underneath, leaking into the crawlspace.

Had we spent the $5300 to do what they wanted to do, we still would have had a moisture problem. Two other companies did not find the problem either but they also wanted thousands to seal off. Needless to say, fixing symptoms without fixing the root cause is throwing money away.
