Albert replaced the main drain line for the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine in our 1940s house. This was a challenging job for many reasons including larger pipe being required to meet code and having to tie on to a new sewer line in a different location from the original. Albert was very professional and provided multiple options for us to consider. The price was reasonable and he completed the job in a timely manner. He is very reliable and always on time. Our expectations were exceeded, everything looks great and it was a big upgrade for this section of our plumbing system. We would not hesitate to recommend Autry Plumbing, they are very experienced and reliable and prices have always been reasonable.

These guys are great! I thought I had a leak in a pipe but Autry correctly diagnosed the problem and recommended an outfit that could fix it. Great customer service and professionalism. Fair pricing. I will continue to use Autry Plumbing.

Autry Plumbing is excellent. They called me at open of business on Monday morning and were here before noon. After consulting about the situation, I chose to install a new water heater. He gave me estimate and immediately went off to pick up a new Rheem gas water heater, which was completely installed and heating water by the end of the afternoon that day. As part of the installation he added a "water" pan with a floor drain into the crawl space under the house. Also gave me valuable information about the various settings and workings of the new unit, and tips to avoid damaging leaks or fails while out of town and urged me to put a carbon monoxide alarm in area near closet where unit is installed. Cleaned up thoroughly after the job and hauled away the old unit. Will definitely hire again.

Mr Autry was not only extremely knowledgeable, but very professional. He suggested we find a replacement and we could then install ourselves. With that in mine, we found the needed part, replaced it in a matter of minutes. Mr. Autry saved us quite a bit of money rather than charging us for services that were not necessary. I highly recommend Autry plumbing and would not hesitate to call them for future repairs.

New to the area, so we used Angie's list. Everything about Autry Plumbing was awesome. Very punctual, very friendly and Mr. Autry is a true professional. After finishing the sink, I asked him to take a look at my water heater because I thought I was smelling gas. He checked it and educated me on how strong winds can blow the exhaust back into the unit and that was what I was smelling. He checked all the other plumbing in the basement and said everything else was good. Great customer experience. Autry Plumbing will be my first call from now on.

They sent someone very quickly. They stayed in contact, calling when the plumber was en-route, he arrived and was professional. He examined the problem and gave me options on ways to fix the problem ranging from the least expensive to the most expensive. I was impressed with the whole experience from beginning to end and would recommend them to anyone who was looking for an honest plumber. The cost was very fair and they are now in my phone in case I should ever need their services again.

Albert and Marlene are very good to work with. Our calls were returned promptly, email bids received in a timely fashion. The estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work. Albert showed up when he said he would and got the job done in one day with time to spare. He is easy to work with, communicates well and is professional in all ways. He has clearly been doing this for a long time, sees the details that need attention (like making sure the water drains far enough away from the house so as not to create a perpetual wet, soft spot in the yard). He also leaves the work area clean and tidy. He is the go-to plumber professional for us from now on.

Our second home in Western NC is a bit "out of the way" for most contractors. But they were more than willing to accommodate without charging extra. And considering we live 4 hours away, it was a huge relief that they were able to fix it so soon! We also had him provide an estimate for upgrading the rest of the pipes (the previous owner used the wrong type of pipe for some of the plumbing) and he gave us a competitive price but was honest enough to admit that all the requested work wasn't completely necessary just yet. When we eventually do upgrade the pipes, we will definitely be going with these helpful, honest, and prompt plumbers!

I called to make an appointment one day and Mr. Autry came out the next. He had all of the materials with him that were necessary for the repair and was very efficient in completing the work. He really knows what he is doing, and even took the time to discuss the water shut-off valves and recommendations for water shut-off prior to vacations.

When the big freeze thing happened, plumbers wouldn't call you back. They were so overwhelmed but he called back and he did the work on a weekend. He was just really good. He was willing to come and do. I thought that was just outstanding. Overall, he's an A+.

There was a small leak in the pvc joint under the house. I did not want anything major to happen so I requested help. I think the plumbers name was David. He was prompt, courteous and accomplished the work in a timely fashion. He also changed my water filter while he was under the house, as I was afraid of extending the leak if I pulled too hard before it was fixed.

After arriving the tech went to the cleanout only to fined it was a one way toward the septic. He decided to try going down the drain vent. He didn't have the correct tool so went to get one which took about 45 min. When he returned he didn't couldn't locate the tool so he decided to try clearing the clog by removing the toilet. After removing the toilet an trying to clear the line for about 45 min, he decided he would have to open the cleanout under the house, but he would have to go get the right tool again.
After another 45 min he returned with the correct tool and within 45 min to an hour he had it cleared.
They normally charge 250 to clean a main line, but I was charged 500 because he had to go under the house and attempt a second time.
I would have given a better ratting if he didn't have to go retrieve tools which I feel a plumber should be carrying.
Also if the charge is 250 to clear a main line I should not have been charged 500.
