Best water softener pros near Mars Hill, NC

"Friday evening - no water! Later Friday evening - spoke with Garrett at Banks Well Pump Services LLC. Saturday morning - Garrett diagnosed the problem as a failed water pump. Monday - new water pump installed in 700 foot deep well. Losing water pressure is never a good thing. But I feel very fortunate to have connected with Garrett. He's knowledgeable, he's careful, he does quality work and he's a pleasure to work with."

"Had water leak that presented in basement shop. I traced to upstairs bathroom and thought leak was coming from tub/shower supply. David quickly determined that the problem was actually a leaky toilet fill valve and corrected the problem quickly and to my satisfaction."

"Four Seasons did a fantastic job replacing our water line. We highly recommend them and will never use any other company. A special shout out to Elizabeth and Cedric - professional, patient and thorough."

"Great - they were on time; did what they said they would do. All employees were knowledgeable about the products and services including Geneva who ran the office. They pretested my house and well water to recommend what would fit our needs and showed all tests - which were done at the house and results were shared immediately. Would use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs house filtration and or water softening."

"worked OT and with water provider to get it done."

"The tech, Cecil, an excellent workman, essentially did a complete preventive maintenance check, which proved to be necessary.  He went way out of his way to make sure all parts of the system were in order. Somewhat vexing was getting the backed up water out of the duct insulation. Cecil really had to evaluate the situation on its own merits to see how to wring out the last bit of water -- this required some savy cutting of the insulation in places to allow proper drainage.

Overall the price was VERY reasonable considering the time he spent,  AND that I now have more confidence in my system that it will continue to operate during the rest of the summer.

Plus, Cecil freely shared with me the workings of the system, so now I have a better of idea of how the whole thing works plus I can better perceive when things are about to go wrong BEFORE the system shuts down.

Overall a friendly company with a 100% commitment to not just fixing a system, but keeping the system in top form so it continues to run."

"A1 well and pump responded quickly to my issue. My well was fixed and I had water to my house in less than 24 hours."

"Joey and his dad were able to replace our well pump on short notice after losing it in the storm. Even though they were fully booked, they managed to squeeze in our replacement the very next day. It was a real lifesaver after being without power and water for two weeks. Thanks guys you rock."

"After opening up the drywall, Jon spent a great deal of time investigating the possible sources of the water stains and mold.  He correctly diagnosed the problem and provided me with another estimate for mold/mildew remediation after the bathroom shower pan was repaired.  Jon was honest, candid and professional.  I appreciated his assessment.
