In November 2022 Andrew replaced and repositioned a faulty Pressure Regulator Valve. This involved digging in cold red clay and cutting tree roots to access the water main (thx Andrew). He also discovered the source of a leak and replaced the expansion tank on the water heater. Both men were knowledgeable, professional, respectful of the property and courteous. He was very polite and advised me of everything he did. Before the project was completed he had to call another plumber out to bring a part and when he arrived he was just as courteous. They made sure everything was cleaned and all trash taken from the property before leaving. This was my first time having major plumbing work done and I was very pleased.
